SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENTS WITH EUROFINS, WECK AND CLINICAL LAB\nFOR LAB ANALYSES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney, to the Agreements with Eurofins Eaton Analytica, LLC (2399-AC), Weck\nAnalytical Environmental Services, Inc. (2273-AA), and Clinical Lab of San Bernardino,\nInc. (2300-AD) to increase the not to exceed combined total from $500,000 to $600,000\nfor FY2024-25 costs for laboratory analysis services for the Water Division.\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
