3-E. WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT ZONING CODE AMENDMENT (ZCA-25-01) AND\nZONE CHANGE (ZA-25-01), AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE MONTEREY PARK\nGENERAL PLAN BY AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE\n(“MPMC”) GOVERNING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS, REPLACEMENT HOUSING,\nAND ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMITS, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY\nESTABLISHING THE RESIDENTIAL INCENTIVE ZONE.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed Ordinance; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
