AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF\nLOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO CONTINUE PROVIDING\nPARATRANSIT SERVICES TO COUNY UNINCORPORATED AREAS\nBORDERING AZUSA\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Approve the Agreement between the City of Azusa and\nthe County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works to provide paratransit services to\ndisabled and elderly persons who reside in the County unincorporated areas bordering\nAzusa; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement, in a form acceptable\nto the City Attorney, on behalf of the City, subject to non-substantive changes made by City\nManager and City Attorney.
