6. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TITLE TO PARCEL NO. DKA7490-01-02 FROM THE STATE OF\nCALIFORNIA.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. _____-2025 (Attachment A) authorizing the Mayor and the City\nManager to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement (Direct Sale) waive the reading in full.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance, once the Quitclaim\nDeed is filed and recorded by the State of California, and authorize recordation by the City Clerk.
