Approval of Grant Agreements with the Del Mar Foundation to Purchase\nSCUBA Equipment and Automated External Defibrillators\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Accept grant\nfunds from the Del Mar Foundation in the amount of $6,500 for new SCUBA\nequipment and $17,500 for seven new automated external defibrillators; 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the necessary grant agreements\n(Attachments A & B); and 3) Amend the Fiscal Year 2024- 2025 Operating and\nCapital Budget to reflect the grant funds.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 201-3, 1202-11\nIX.
