10. Accept Improvements and File the Notice of Completion for the Community Recreation Center\nSplash Pad and Sun Shade, PW21-07 (REBID)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Accept the construction of the Community Recreation Center Splash\nPad and Sun Shade , PW21-07 (REBID) , as complete; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion,\nrelease the Performance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond\nin the amount of 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3. Release the Labor and Materials Bond seven months after filing the\nNotice of Completion, if no liens have been filed.\nAttachments: Agenda Report\nNotice of Completion\nMaintenance Bond\nContractors Affidavit and Final Release
