11) Purchase of three (3) BMW R1300 RT-P Authority Motorcycles from BMW\nMotorcycles of Riverside\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase agreement for\nthree (3) BMW R1300 RT-P Motorcycles in the total amount of $144,811.92 from\nBMW Motorcycles of Riverside and Long Beach with an additional 10%\ncontingency due to market conditions; and\n2. Waive the formal bidding process per Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G) for the\npurchase of the three (3) BMW R1300 RT-P Motorcycles because of the service,\nmaintenance, and warranty work agreements on all of the City’s motorcycle units\nbetween the City and BMW Motorcycles of Riverside and Long Beach.
