22) Agreement with Shaw Integrated & Turf Solutions, Inc. for the Replacement of\nFlooring at the Neighborhood Center (CIP Project No. Z20005)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Shaw\nIntegrated & Turf Solutions, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $53,190.81 in such final\nform approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change\norders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $5,319.00 for unanticipated costs.
