19) Agreement with David Evans and Associates, Inc., for Construction Support\nServices for the I-15/Main Street Interchange Landscape Project (CIP Project No.\nZ10094)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement\nwith David Evans and Associates Inc., to perform as needed professional services for\nConstruction Support Services for the I-15 / Main Street Interchange Landscape\nProject in the amount of $25,800 in such form as approved by the City Attorney and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10%\ncontingency of $2,580.00 for unanticipated costs.
