Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE\nELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, OPPOSING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA\nINTERFERING WITH THE CITY’S LAND USE AUTHORITY; and\n2. Discuss and consider providing staff with additional direction on actions intended to\naddress the State’s interference with the City’s land use authority.
