13. LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR LMD ZONE 32 (VISTA\nCANYON RANCH) - City Council consideration to award a contract to Marina\nLandscape Services, Inc., to provide recurring landscape maintenance services for\nLandscape Maintenance District Zone 32 Vista Canyon Ranch.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a five-year contract to Marina Landscape Services, Inc., to provide landscape\nmaintenance services for Landscape Maintenance District Zone 32 (Vista Canyon\nRanch), for a total contract amount not to exceed $99,580.\n2. Appropriate ongoing funds in the amount of $2,916 from the Landscape Maintenance\nDistrict Fund (Fund 357) to expenditure account 3572464-516110 beginning in Fiscal\nYear 2025-26.\n3. Find that the award of contract is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct pursuant to Article 19 – Categorical Exemptions, Section 15301, Existing\nFacilities, (h) Maintenance of Existing Landscaping.\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.\nPUBLIC PARTICIPATION\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
