5. A Public Hearing to Consider the FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) Program\nRecommended Action for City Council:\n— 1. Approve the CDBG Annual Action Plan FY 2025-2026;\n— 2. Authorize staff to adjust funding levels based on actual allocation; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager to submit the Annual Plan for CDBG funding to the Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD).
