6.2 ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR THE MANHOLE RING AND COVER\nREPLACEMENTS PROJECT\nThat the Town Council:\nA. Accept the work completed by Kelley’s Underground Construction, Inc. as\npart of the Manhole Ring and Cover Replacements Project for a total\ncontract cost of $56,800.00.\nB. Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contracted\nwork.\nC. Direct the Finance Department to release the retained funds 30 days after\nthe Notice of Completion has been filed, provided no claims are filed against\nthe contractor.
