7. Award of Bid No. 003-26 – Box Culvert Condition Assessment & Repairs Re-Bid\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve Plans and Specifications for Box Culvert Condition Assessment & Repairs\nRe-Bid, Bid No. 003-26;\n2. (a) Find the low bidder’s omission of surety officers' signatures on the Power of\nAttorney (POA) a minor irregularity; and\n(b) Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Hazard Construction\nEngr, LLC (Hazard), in the amount of $2,505,850.
