(D&D), for the design of Vincent Park\nIrrigation System Improvement Project (Professional Services).\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve agreement not to exceed $172,665;\n2. Authorize an additional City-controlled and directed ten percent\n(10%) contingency not to exceed $17,266.50 for a total of\n$189,931.50 (General Fund); and
