13. APPROVAL AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH TRINITY\nCONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CONTINUED SERVICES RELATED\nTO AIR MONITORING\nRecommended Action: Approve the agreement with Trinity\nConsultants, Inc. for continued air monitoring for a period of one-\nyear in a total amount not exceeding $160,000, with the option to\nextend the term of the agreement by written, mutual consent, and\nauthorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
