Item 55: \nFirst Amendment to Contract with Vulcan Materials Company for Disposal Sites for Excavated Material in any Combination (ITB 10058074-16-L).\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nAuthorization of this first amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the original as-needed agreement by $1,157,000, to a total of $10,619,928, over the 74-month term which expires in August 2022. Funds will come from the City's Water Fund, Muni Fund, and General Fund.
