11.10 Consideration of a Resolution Approving Amendment No. 1 to\nFunding Agreement No. 9200000000F9111 Between the City\nof Bell Gardens and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution approving Amendment No. 1\nto Funding Agreement No. 9200000000F9111 between the City of Bell\nGardens and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation\nAuthority for the Florence Avenue Improvements at Ira Avenue and\nJaboneria Road.\nCONCLUSION: Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Funding\nAgreement will allow the City to continue working with LACMTA and\nensure the City remains eligible to receive reimbursement for past\nproject expenses.\nFISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact in executing Amendment\nNo. 1 to the Funding Agreement.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution 2025-38\nExhibit 2 - Amendment No. 1 with Master Funding Agreement\n9200000000F911
