11.9 Acceptance of the John Anson Ford Park Infiltration Cistern\nProject (CIP No. 3879) as Complete\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Accept the John Anson Ford Park Infiltration Cistern Project\n(CIP No. 3879) as complete; and\n2. Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion.\nCONCLUSION: The City Council’s acceptance of the Project as\ncomplete is required to allow the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion with the LA County Registrar-Recorder.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The work performed by Zusser was funded by a\ncombination of local contributions by the Cities of Bell, Bell Gardens,\nCommerce, Cudahy, Huntington Park, Maywood and Vernon; grant\nfunding from the State of California Prop 1 Stormwater Program; and\ngrant funding from the Measure W Regional Program.\nThe total final Project costs were as follows:\nItem Cost\nEnvironmental & $882,181.17\nProgram Management\nEngineering $1,006,061.49\nConstruction $1,749,190.00\nManagement\nConstruction $15,585,971.45\nTOTAL $19,223,404.11\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Notice of Completion
