11.8 Consideration of a Resolution Granting a Utility Easement to\nGolden State Water Company for the John Anson Ford Park\nAquatics Center Improvements\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution granting a utility easement to\nGolden State Water Company for the John Anson Ford Park Aquatics\nCenter Improvements and authorizing the City Manager to execute\nthe easement agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nCONCLUSION: Granting the utility easement to GSWC will allow for\nthe placement of a 4-inch water line to serve the new Aquatics Center\nfacility.\nFISCAL IMPACT: None\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution No. 2025-37\nExhibit 2- Grant Easement
