Novipax\nBuyer LLC, the applicant for a mixed-use development project located at 1941 White Avenue, is\npresenting an offer of dedication for an irrevocable sidewalk and parkway easement. The offer\nof dedication is a condition of approval for the approved project and the easement will facilitate\npublic improvements along the north curb line of Arrow Highway reflective of the features in the\nadopted Old Town La Verne Specific Plan.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Clerk to accept the dedication of a\nsidewalk and parkway easement for areas identified in the conceptual plans for public use.
