6. $1,845,775.95 CONTRACT WITH KASA CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR UNION\nPACIFIC TRAIL - PHASE II\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Union Pacific Trail - Phase II Project plans and specifications.\n2. Approve $300,000 Park Dwelling Funds (Fund 39) budget transfer and appropriation\nfrom Fund Balance to Project 54271 Union Pacific Trail - Phase II Project within within\nthe Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).\n3. Award $1,845,775.95 construction contract for Union Pacific Trail - Phase II Project to\nKASA Construction, Inc. and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and\nadminister the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve construction \nprofessional engineering construction support services change orders within the\napproved project budget.
