Item 100: \nRatification of Emergency Sole Source Contract Between the City of San Diego and Service America Corporation (dba Centerplate) for Food Services for Operation Shelter to Home.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis agreement is for an amount of $9,776,628.53; funding sources include: Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) fund, State of California COVID-19 Homeless Emergency Grants, Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) grant, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(R-2023-330)\nResolution ratifying an emergency sole source contract, pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code section 22.3208(d), with Service America Corporation (dba Centerplate) in the amount of $9,776,628.53.
