Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the Engineer’s Report in connection with the levy and collection\nof assessments within the City of Torrance Lighting District No. 99-1 for FY 2025-26; and\n3. Adopt a RESOLUTION declaring its intention to levy and collect assessments within City of Torrance\nLighting District No. 99-1 for FY 2025-26 and appointing the date of June 3, 2025, for a public hearing.
