Expenditure: $1,127,475 (General Fund:\nApproximately $375,825 Annually).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council approve a second amendment to the\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Cities of Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa\nBeach, and Torrance and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (C2016-027), in the amount of\n$1,127,475, regarding administration and cost sharing for the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program\nand to extend the term for additional one-year period beginning December 28, 2025 and ending\nDecember 31, 2026, with two one-year options to extend.
