General Services – Approve Contract Services Agreements for As-Needed Job Order Contracting for\nGeneral Contractor Services Through Sourcewell and Adopt California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Categorical Exemption Pursuant to Section 15301. Expenditure: $5,000,000 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the General Services Director that City Council:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the contract services agreement with Harry H. Joh Construction, Inc\nof Paramount, CA (C2024-262), in the amount of $1,250,000, for a new total amount of $2,000,000,\nfor on-call general contracting services through Sourcewell for a three-year period beginning\nNovember 19, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027; and\n2. Approve a first amendment to the contract services agreement with MDJ Management, LLC of El\nSegundo, CA, (C2024-195), in the amount of $1,250,000, for a new total amount of $2,000,000, for\non call general contracting services through Sourcewell for a three-year period beginning\nNovember 19, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027; and\n3. Approve a contract services agreement with Mackone Development, Inc. of Los Angeles, CA, in the\namount of $1,000,000, for on-call general contracting services through Sourcewell for a three-year\nperiod beginning November 19, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027; and\n4. Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section\n15301 (Existing Facilities).
