Item 333: \nSecond Amendment to the Citywide Security Service Agreement with Invicta Security CA Corporation dba Allstate Security.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action increases expenditure authority by $4M to $28,910,721 total over the contract term; impacts operational funds in the General Fund for the Public Library, Parks & Recreation, Facilities, & Office of the City Treasurer Departments, as well as departments that may require security services related to homelessness initiatives.
