E. APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN KALISKI\nARCHITECTS (JKA) TO PREPARE OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE R-3\n(HIGH-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL), MU-L AND MU-M (MIXED-USE LOW & MEDIUM), AND\nMU-B, MU-C, AND NT (CROSSROADS SPECIFIC PLAN) ZONES\nThe City Council is requested to approve a consultant services agreement to prepare the\nCity's objective design standards.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with JKA (Attachment “A”) to prepare\nthe objective design standards; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Consultant Services Agreement in an\namount not to exceed $150,000, with an additional contingency amount of\n$15,000, subject to prior written approval by the City Manager for a total contract\namount of $165,000.
