This\napproval will enable the developer to obtain the necessary building permits and\ncommence construction.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 83005 (Attachment\n“A”); and\nCity Council Agenda\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 83005.
