Negotiated Exchange of Property Tax Revenue as a Result of Proposed\nAnnexations to County Sanitation Districts Joint Resolutions\nRecommendation: Adopt joint resolutions between the Board, as the Governing\nBody of the County, the Consolidated Fire Protection District, the County Flood\nControl District, and on behalf of the LA County Library, County Waterworks\nNo. 40, Road District No. 5, and County Lighting Maintenance District No. 1687,\nCounty Sanitation District No. 14 and the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District\nof the County, and other affected taxing entities based on the negotiated\nexchange of property tax revenue related to proposed Annexation Nos. 14-445\nin unincorporated Antelope Valley, 14-452 in unincorporated Quartz Hill, 14-456\nin the City of Palmdale, 14-450, 14-453, 14-457, 14-458, and 14-459 in the City\nof Lancaster, SVC-1130, and SVC-1132 in the City of Santa Clarita (5); and find\nthat the proposed joint resolutions are not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
