33. Pharmacy Benefit Management Services Sole Source Contract\nAmendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to\nexecute an amendment to extend the existing sole source contract with Magellan\nPharmacy Solutions, LLC, for the continued provision of pharmacy benefit\nmanagement services, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with no\ntotal contract amount, as the services are paid on a fee-for-service basis, with\nan estimated annual amount for the management of the Department of Mental\nHealth’s prescription drug program of $7,172,541, fully funded by State Mental\nHealth Services Act and 2011 Sales Tax Realignment revenues; execute future\namendments to the contract to revise contract language, revise the estimated\nannual amount, add, delete, modify, or replace the statement of work/service\nexhibit, and/or reflect Federal, State, and County regulatory and/or policy\nchanges, provided that the increase will not exceed 10% of the estimated\nannual amount, and sufficient funds are available; and terminate the contract in\naccordance with the termination provisions, including termination for\nconvenience, if necessary.
