County Lighting Districts Levying of Annual Assessments\nFiscal Year 2025-26\nRecommendation: Approve and file the Engineer's Report for the proposed\nannual levying of assessments in County Lighting District Landscaping and\nLighting Act-1 (CLD LLA-1) for street lighting purposes for Fiscal Year (FY)\n2025-26; adopt a resolution of intention to order the levying of assessments in\nCLD LLA-1 for FY 2025-26; advertise and set May 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. for a\npublic hearing on the proposed continuation of the FY 2024-25 levying of\nannual assessments in CLD LLA-1 for FY 2025-26 in all zones identified in the\nFY 2025-26 Engineer's Report; and find that the proposed project is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
