50. Eaton Wash, Parcel 149GE Grant of Easement in the City of Temple City\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), find that the grant of easement to Southern California Edison\n(SCE) Company for overhead electrical supply systems and appurtenances in\nconnection with their Nadine 4kV Circuit project affecting Parcel 149GE related\nto Eaton Wash, in the City of Temple City (5), and the subsequent use of said\neasement, will not interfere with the use of the affected parcel for any purposes\nof the District; approve the grant of easement from the District to SCE;\nauthorize the Chief Engineer of the Flood District to execute the easement\ndocument and authorize delivery to SCE; and find that the Nadine 4kV Circuit\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
