59. Burbank Unified School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Burbank Unified School District (District): Adopt a resolution\nauthorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal\nof, and interest on, the District’s Election of 2024, Series 2025 (Bonds), in an\naggregate principal amount not to exceed $90,000,000; and direct the\nAuditor-Controller to place on the 2025-26 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls,\ntaxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the\nBonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the\nsale of the Bonds.
