Annual Funding for Continued Operations at the Antelope Valley\nEnvironmental Collection Center\nRecommendation: Approve the increase to the annual funding for the continued\noperation of the environmental collection center at the Antelope Valley\nEnvironmental Collection Center in the City of Palmdale (5), from $210,000 per\nyear to $283,500 per year, with a 15% contingency, for a maximum total of\n$326,025, commencing Fiscal Year 2024-25; and find that the proposed\nactions are either not a project, or in the alternative, are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
