INFINITY TECHNOLOGIES BUDGET INCREASE IN FY2023\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to:\n1) Execute a Third Amendment to the Contract Agreement with Infinity Technologies for the\nremainder of FY23; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustment included in the Fiscal Impact Section of this report.
