Conduct the public hearing and consider all testimony that may be forthcoming;\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2025-37 adopting the City of Covina budget for July 1, 2025\nthrough June 30, 2026;\n3. Adopt Resolution SA 2025-03 adopting the operating budget for the City of Covina\nSuccessor Agency for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; and\n4. Adopt Resolution CC 2025-38 adopting the Fiscal year 2026-2030 Capital\nImprovement Program and the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program\nBudget.
