Approval of the Updates to Burbank Water and Power’s Portfolio of Customer\nRebates for Efficiency and Electrification – Burbank Water and Power\nDepartment\nRecommendation: Approve the proposed changes to Burbank Water and\nPower’s rebate portfolio effective July 1, 2025, that will:\n1. Update rebated measures and increase the rebate cap for business\nrebate programs;\n2. Add rebates for renewable energy storage;\n3. Update residential rebates for efficiency and electrification; and\n4. Update rebates for used electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
