CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-045,\nAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO\nTERMINATE THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MOSS,\nLEVY & HARTZHEIM, LLP AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ISSUE A\nREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AUDITING SERVICES\nOn May 23, 2023, the City Council approved an Contract Services with\nMoss, Levy & Hartzheim, LLP (“MLH”) for auditing services. Staff is now\nrecommending the City Council authorize the City Manager to exercise the\nCity’s right to terminate the Contract Services Agreement with MLH.\nAdditionally, Staff is seeking the City Council’s authorization to issue a\nRequest for Proposals for auditing services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-045, to authorize the City Manager to terminate\nthe Contract Services Agreement with Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, LLP;\nand\n2. Authorize staff to issue a Request for Proposals for auditing services.
