Page 37 Appeal Hearing for the Revocation of Business License No. BL-50006 held by HSP Hotels, LLC\nRecommended Action:\nIt is recommended that the City Council conduct an appeal hearing regarding\nthe revocation of Business License No. BL-50006, held by HSP Hotels, LLC,\ndoing business as Holiday Inn Express ("Operator"), located at 9750 Key Point\nAvenue.\nFollowing the hearing, it is further recommended that the City Council determine\nthat the Operator is in violation of Hesperia Municipal Code Section 3.10.050\ndue to its failure to remit Transient Occupancy Tax (“TOT”), thereby causing\nfinancial harm to the City and its taxpayers.
