Approval of a Resolution of the City of Fountain Valley Council delegating to the City’s\nDirector of Public Works and/or the Deputy Public Works Director / City Engineer the\nauthorization to execute all master agreements, program supplemental agreements, fund\nexchange agreements, fund transfer agreements and any amendments thereto with the\nCalifornia State Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and sign/execute State and\nFederal required documents for various highway projects, including but not limited to Right-\nof-Way Certifications.
