Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution to amend the contract with Tribesy Consulting to extend the term of the\nagreement and to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the services agreement to $246,668 to\ncomplete the work to create a strategic plan to include justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in\nCity operations.
