Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution: 1) Approving an agreement with SD Luxury Limos to Provide Chula Vista\nBayfront Shuttle Services; 2) Approving the request of a $2,700,000 disbursement from the\nChula Vista Billboard Reserve Fund held in trust by the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System\nto fund shuttle services; and 3) Appropriating funds therefor.
