DBA FERREIRA\nCOASTAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $369,672 FOR THE GALLOWAY SEWER LANE\nEXTENSION PROJECT NO.2021-04; NOTICE INVITING BIDS 25-041CA\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt the Plans and Specifications for the Galloway Lane Sewer Extension, Project No.\n2021-04, Notice Inviting Bids 25-041CA.\nb. Award Notice Inviting Bids 25-041CA to Ferreira Construction Co, Inc. DBA Ferreira Coastal\nConstruction, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $369,672\nand waive any and all minor irregularities in the bidding documents as submitted by said\nbidder.\nc. Approve the Construction Contract with Ferreira Construction Co, Inc. DBA Ferreira Coastal\nConstruction for the Galloway Sewer Lane Extension Project, Project No. 2021-04 in the\namount of $369,672.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction Contract with\nFerreira Construction Co, Inc. DBA Ferreira Coastal Construction, in the amount of $369,672,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to 10% of total contract cost or $36,967 as authorized in 3.08.050(H).\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to take the above actions.
