3.F. Amendment of Fiscal Year 2024-2028 Measure R Fund to Include\nAdditional Funding for the Second Street and Rocking R.M. Lane\nRehabilitation Project; and Accept Bids and Award Contract for the Second\nStreet and Rocking R.M. Lane Rehabilitation Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAppropriate additional funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2028 Measure R\nCIP budget in the amount of $450,000 for the Second Street and Rocking\nR.M. Lane Rehabilitation Project; accept bids, award a contract to All\nAmerican Asphalt for the Second Street and Rocking R.M. Lane\nRehabilitation Project in the amount of $2,173,457; and authorize the City\nManager to approve contract change orders up to 10 percent of the total\nbid amount.
