3-C. COMPLIANCE REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. DA 24-01 REGULATING\nREAL PROPERTY AT 2100 S. ATLANTIC BOULEVARD (THE “ATLANTIC SQUARE”)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing this report; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThese actions are exempt from additional review under the California Environmental Quality Act\n(California Public Resources Code §§ 2100, et seq., “CEQA”) and CEQA Guidelines (14\nCalifornia Code of Regulations §§ 15000, et seq.) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15061(b)(3)\nthe common sense exemption that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for\ncausing a significant effect on the environment applies to the recommended action. It can be\nseen with certainty that there is no possibility that the proposed action has a significant effect on\nthe environment.
