9. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 – SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM CABCO\nYELLOW INC.\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1.) Approve Change Order No. 1 for Senior\nTransportation Services Agreement with CABCO Yellow Inc. in the amount of $38,000 that will\nprovide additional funding through May 31, 2023; and 2.) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nApril 22, 2021, Agreement with CABCO Yellow Inc. in the amount of $150,000 extending\nservices from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.
