Item 202: Narragansett Avenue Coastal Access Replacement - Project No. PRJ-1113538.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nCIP budget appropriations for the proposed action have been authorized by Council\nOrdinance O-20837 under the Regional Park Improvements Fund within the Coastal\nErosion and Access Annual Allocation.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 2.\nProposed Actions:\nCoastal Development Permit and Site Development Permit for repairs to an existing\npublic coastal access stairway at the western terminus of Narragansett Avenue. The\nproject also includes widening the existing sidewalk at the top of the stairway,\nreplacement of existing handrail and portions of the existing chain-link fence, and\ninstallation of directional signage.
