PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BKF ENGINEERS FOR THE KNOTT\nAVENUE STORM DRAIN UPSIZE PROJECT (ORANGETHORPE AVENUE TO MELROSE\nSTREET)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with BKF\nEngineers in the amount of $89,995 for the design services for the Knott Avenue\nStorm Drain Upsize Project (Orangethorpe Avenue to Melrose Street); 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\nagreement.
