EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT WITH BOARDWALK\nENTERPRISES, LLC FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AT 7711-7733 BEACH BOULEVARD\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nthree-month extension to an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with\nBoardwalk Enterprises, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to finalize\nfinancial feasibility, project construction schedule, and review of developer’s\nfinancial capacity for the City-owned property at 7711-7733 Beach Boulevard for an\naquarium, butterfly exhibit, laser maze, ice-cream shop and retail development.
